DHEERAJ KULSHRESTHA, PRESIDENT  
Mr. Kulshrestha has more than 22 years of hands-on experience in the delivery of IT and eGovernment solutions leveraging Oracle, ERP, data warehousing, security, web services and object-oriented technologies. He has served in a number of executive roles involving application delivery, enterprise architecture and strategy. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and has worked on projects for multiple government agencies including NASA and the State of Ohio.
 
BRUCE MOYER – SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Moyer leads Flairsoft’s Federal practice with focus on strategic business development. Mr. Moyer has more than 30 years of experience in organizational and business management expertise in the public and private sector. He has served as the Director of Medical Infrastructure at Green Valley Technologies, Managing Director of Haverstick Government Solutions and Executive Director of Strategic Account Development in the IT Group at Kratos, and as well as holding various Air Force operational leadership positions in the Civil Engineering domain. Bruce's significant level of experience in strategic organizational development, professional services management and product life cycle management helps to fully posture the Flairsoft management team to service the needs of our growing portfolio of customer and partners.
 
RAYMOND L. REINHARD, VICE PRESIDENT - AIR FORCE AND DoD PROGRAMS
Mr. Reinhard spearheads Flairsoft's operations for Air Force and DoD from the company's Fairborn location. He has more than 30 years of financial development, information systems/infrastructure management, life-cycle analysis/management and program management experience with complex, sensitive and large-scale projects, including shared services in the public and private sectors. Ray has achieved noteworthy results working high-visibility projects and resolving financial issues for large government entities including SAF/FM, the 554th Electronic Systems Wing, HQ AFMC and AFRL, where he served as Deputy CIO.
 
FRANKIE CADENHEAD- DIRECTOR OF SOUTHEAST OPERATIONS  
Mr. Cadenhead has 18 years of experience in the IT field including 4 years in the US Air Force. He had led various Federal Government projects over the last 12 years, and served in IT management roles for 6 years. He has extensive background in infrastructure and helpdesk management, as well as managing the creation of complete IT infrastructures to include network hardware, servers, desktops, as well as all backups and firewalls. He also served as the Quality Manager for one of the largest government contractors in the world ensuring certification and registration of ISO 9001:2008 for the Georgia line of business.  
 
DEBORAH WHITCOMB, DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS PROCESS AUTOMATION FOR AIR FORCE AND DoD PROGRAMS  
Ms. Whitcomb has over 23 years of experience in all aspects of software engineering and project management in enterprise applications development, sustainment and operations support for commercial and federal, state and local government projects. Much of this time has been spent working on providing innovative solutions for new applications development in the areas of Program Acquisition Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Intelligent Transportation Systems. Ms. Whitcomb has specific experience in the areas of Business Process Management, Business Analysis and Cybersecurity. Technologies employed include Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Ms. Whitcomb earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Wright State University and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dayton. She holds Professional Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), CompTIA Security+ and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
 
 
ALAN CLINE, DIRECTOR OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERING  
Al Cline, Director of Software Engineering, has been in the software industry for about 35 years, and a process engineer consultant for the last 25. His expertise includes software development process and mentoring that enables organizations to deliver software predictably with unusually low defect rates. He is the iteration manager and software engineering lead for an agile project at Wright-Patterson Air Force base. He also teaches PM and PMP-prep classes nationally.

Previously, Al was a part-time faculty of Ohio State University, and AVP of Nationwide's Requirements Center of Excellence. As a consultant, Al has helped his clients develop their own PMO's and software development roadmaps; companies like AEP, Bank One, CompuServe, Nationwide, Ohio Dept of Health, Ohio Dept of Transportation, and Sterling Commerce. He helps develop his clients' in-house processes, and also works with upper management on the harder problem of strategic deployment and cultural change for implementation.

Al has an M.S in physics and B.S. in math, both contributing to his passionate zeal for rigor in software development and project management
