Flairsoft Celebrates its 10th Year of Success And Growth
Founded in August 2001, Flairsoft has grown from a one client company, to a leader in the competitive field of software solutions. After ten years of operating, now is the perfect opportunity to reflect where we came from, what we have learned and how we can further grow as a company. "It sure has been and exciting journey of growth during one of the most difficult periods for our economy. This would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work from our team to help our customers with a win-win partnership approach."Commented Dheeraj.

Flairsoft started as an idea to meet the needs of one of the largest power utilities in the nation, American Electric Power. During his time consulting, Flairsoft's founder and President, Dheeraj Kulshrestha, was brought in to advise on streamlining their right of way processes. From his time there, a version 1.0 of Flairdocs™ was developed to manage simple processes in the right-of-way space. Today Flairsoft has evolved into a multi-division enterprise. Our headquarters is located in Columbus, Ohio and houses State Consulting and Product divisions respectively. The State Consulting division headed by Nick has gained a significant standing working with a variety of state agencies such as Job and Family services, Health, Public Safety, Budget Management, Administrative Services, Education and OPERS; not to mention working with The Ohio State University. Flairsoft's product Flairdocs™ has proven its versatility and significance by being commissioned by a State DOT, such as Oregon; leading utility firms, such as American Electric Power; and high performance pipeline companies. Flairdocs™ manages some of the most complex Right-of-Way processes out there, and many industries are taking notice. Flairdocs™ division head, Geoff Wilhelm had this to say about the product, "Our program has the potential to become a true game changer in the Right-of-Way space. It's comprehensive, independent, and compatible nature makes it the perfect utility to manage complex processes for any size company involved with Right-of-Way."

Along with servicing the State and their IT needs, Flairsoft has a division in its portfolio to assist the Federal government; in particular the Air Force. Flairsoft is located near two of the largest Air Force bases in the country, with offices in Fairborn, Ohio and Warner Robins, Georgia. Being close to the action means servicing our IT contracts to a new standard. Federal Division head Bruce Moyer agrees, "Our proximity to the bases allows us to take a pulse of activity in the Federal web work. Our agile IT services, FAST; and high performance Flairdocs™ product gives Flairsoft a distinct edge over our competition to make Flairsoft Federal's presence known."

Flairsoft's evolution into a hydra of services and products in a decade that has seen much variation, calls to the robustness of ideals and core values such as: commitment, creativity and sense of partnership of Flairsoft. Recently, Flairsoft has undergone a growth spurt in each division, with the addition of twelve new seasoned professionals. Founder and President Dheeraj Kulshrestha commented on the growth saying, "Placing skillful individuals who are committed to the success of this company in the right seats has been a key part of our strategy, and we plan to continue doing it."

With 10 years behind us, Flairsoft has hit its stride bridging together a strong team of people with the latest technology, such as cloud computing, to execute on client requirements. To look back and see the kind of growth Flairsoft has experienced over its life beckons to a bright future in the IT world. Cheers, too many more prosperous years to come.
